FALL CLINIC DATES

Eastern Alpine Summit

The first annual Eastern Alpine Summit is just around the corner. This FREE event is the perfect kick off to the new ski racing season and will feature educational seminars for Coaches, Parents, Club Leadership and will include a full athletic component for athletes of all ages. There is also a tradeshow with lots of vendors that you will want to see and want to see you.

Please join us at Killington, VT on October 23, 2011 for this fantastic event. It's free, so there is no excuse not to attend and it includes Lunch. (Thank the Vendors who are paying a small fee to offset the cost.)

Attendance is free, but Pre-registration is required. Please go to the eastern region web site at www.ussaeast.com and click on the "Sliding Door" on the top that is labeled "Eastern Alpine Summit". There you will find all the information that you need including preliminary seminar descriptions, discounted hotel info (if you need it) as well as a link to the registration page. (You can also go directly to the page by going here, http://www.ussaeast.com/?page_id=112 )

If you are interested in being a vendor, important information is also on the same page.

I'm sure that you've heard that the Killington area was hit especially hard by Irene. The area we are using (Snowshed) received minimal damage and will be ready to go shortly. Roads in the area are undergoing repairs and are passable now and getting better every day. This is a great time to support the ski areas that support us by hosting events all season long.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have. We look forward to seeing you at Killington on October 23.
