VARA Race Administrators Clinic

Race Administrators Clinic- Saturday October 23, 9 am - 5 pm

-- Includes BBQ lunch
-- Mandatory for Vt Clubs to send an RA.

The Race Administrators Clinic will be held at the KILLINGTON SKI CLUB. The clinic will be an open forum format with lots of Q&A. The RA Clinic will answer participants questions regarding working with the Internet, race day procedures and how to run the current USSA Alpine and Snowboard Software by Split Second Inc,. There are new forms required this year and the clinic will cover proper form filling out and the review of the new required forms. Also there will be intensive discussion regarding online registration and guidelines on how to use the VARA Website.

There will be a VARA Race Emporium and Hardware Expo. at the VARA RA Clinic including reps from the following: Phoenix Sports, Geoff Elder, Summit Systems, Team Bart Software, Reliable Racing.

Race Administrators Clinic cost is $25 if registered before Oct 1. After Oct 1, and onsite registration is $30.
