You can post an Entry List for your races.

Let's say it's the wednesday before your Saturday race. You navigate to the event details on the website. If you are logged in, two links will appear: "Add Factsheet" and "Add EntryList." Clicking on one of these will take you to the "Add Announcement" page with a hidden link back to the particular race. Now switch over to your Split Second Software. Have SSS output a list of all those racers who have paid and are entered into Saturday's race. Copy (CTRL-C in windows, Command-C in Mac) the list, switch to the announcement, and then paste the list into the announcement. Post it.

Now it's live for all the world to see. It's tagged with the date and time of last modification. If thursday brings a few more vouchers and you want to add them, simply "edit" your announcement and paste in a whole new list (instead of sorting and inserting the four new names, USSA numbers). No more phone calls on Friday afternoon !

Turn on the answering machine and go have a pizza. Racers, parents, coaches, schools, clubs ~ all two hundred and fifty gazillion of them ~ can look at the website instead of calling you in the middle of your dinner. (I told you this was cool.)
