We'd like you to post your FactSheets online. It's fairly simple and it saves us all a lot of time and effort.

You will probably use Microsoft Word to create your factsheet but any word processor will do. Once you have finished it and gotten it all pretty, print it out and check it. Here's where the neat part is. You navigate to that particular event and to the event details page. If you are logged in, three links will appear: "Add Factsheet," "Add EntryList," and "Upload Results." Clicking on one of these will take you to the "Add Announcement" page with a hidden link back to the particular race.

Now switch back to Word and copy (CTRL-C in windows, Command-C in Mac) the factsheet, switch to the announcement, and then paste the sheet into the announcement. You can go in and take out extra lines and such, if you want to, but it's not necessary. You should leave a line between paragraphs for readbility, too. Post it.
