VARA TEAM

Selection for the VARA TEAM is as follows:

1. Vermont athletes named to the Eastern Team will be named as VARA Team Honorary members for that race season.
2. Any Junior Olympic gold medalist, per event and combined, for their respective age groups (J1, J2, J3), VARA Team Honorary Members
3. J1, J2, J3 State overall Champions
4. VT Cup Series 1st place winners from the previous year.
5. J4 State gold medallists per event, men/women

Athletes must have been a member VARA and of a Vermont club the previous winter as well as the coming winter.

Also - Discipline winners from the J1 Men and J2 and J1/2 women states will have gold leader bibs for the discipline they won at last years states. See the Winner's List The VARA Board voted to comp these athletes at any VARA event they attend with their leader bib until the states again this year.
