Mount Mansfield Ski Club and Academy
Position: Athletic Director, Mt. Mansfield Ski Club & Academy Location: Stowe VT Mt. Mansfield Ski Cub & Academy seeks an Athletic Director starting before Fall of 2019. The Athletic Director position is a full-time, year-round, position and works primarily out of the Mt. Mansfield Ski Club & Academy (MMSCA) offices reporting directly to the Executive Director. This is a leadership position within MMSCA. In alignment with our mission, this person is responsible for establishing the philosophy, designing the structure, leading and evaluating the staff, and developing student-athletes through a comprehensive long-term athlete development program. The position is also responsible for managing communications with all appropriate stakeholders; coaches, student-athletes, event staff, administrative staff, and parents. All alpine head coaches and race administration/course crew report directly to the Athletic Director.

Burke Mountain Academy is currently seeking highly motivated and hardworking applicants to join our experienced men’s FIS staff in a Full Time capacity at the Academy and seeking applicants for weekend coaching within the BMA JR Program.

Magic Mountain Alpine Club

Magic Mountain Alpine club is looking for two ski racing coaches for the 2019/2020 season. We provide a weekend program for junior racers and compete within the Southern Vermont Council. We like coaches with a positive attitude looking to provide exceptional experiences to enthusiastic young racers at a small, independent, mountain with a low coach to racer ratio. Interested coaches should be excited about shaping young lives and have racing or coaching experience and pass all background/safe sports requirements. Stratton Mountain School is currently seeking applicants for several competitive coaching opportunities at the U14 and FIS Levels. We are looking for coaches who would like to contribute to a strong coaching team and play a role in leading one of the nation's premier ski racing programs. SMS is one of the leading ski academies on the East Coast, serving students in grades 7 to 12, and is also a Gold Level Certified Club and a US Ski and Snowboard Development Site. The Bromley Outing Club is seeking both U12 & U14 assistant weekend alpine ski racing coaches for the 2019/20 winter season. Applicants should be enthusiastic team players. Mount Snow Training Center

For the 2019/2020 Ski Season our Training Center program will be looking for dynamic leaders to join our team of coaches; Head Alpine Coach and Freeski/Freeride Coaches. Candidates can visit to view the full job descriptions and apply.


Cochran’s Ski Club is a family-focused, energetic group dedicated to alpine ski training and racing for the U8s through U19 age groups. Coaches are needed to help facilitate weekday and weekend training at Cochran’s Ski Area, as well as occasional larger mountain training at Stowe and other nearby areas. Younger athletes race Northern VARA council races and older athletes compete throughout Vermont and New England. While the focus is on racing, our coaching staff strives to foster a love of skiing in The Cochran Way. We take great pride in consistently putting on high-quality races and having fun while doing it. Weekend dryland training starts in September and our season runs through early April. We have a couple of key events, including our annual November ski sale and Rope-a-thon, with which we expect coaching staff will help out. We are seeking coaches to complement our existing staff and we have coaching needs for both younger and older (high school age) age groups. Killington Mountain School is looking to hire coaches for the KSC/KMS Development Program in all disciplines for the 2019-2020 season. KMS is responsible for the weekend development programs based out of the Killington Ski Club. The program has close to 300 athletes training and competing in Alpine, Freestyle, Snowboarding, and Freeskiing, with 100 coaches, staff and volunteers.
We are looking for energetic and dedicated coaches to enhance our current outstanding staff. Prior coaching experience not required but knowledge of organized, competitive ski programs encouraged. A love of skiing and riding, working with youth, and a hardworking, positive attitude required.

Green Mountain Valley School (GMVS), a premier ski racing academy with a robust weekend and holiday Club program in Fayston, Vermont is seeking alpine race coaches for the 2019-20 season.


GMVS is seeking passionate coaches who possess strong technical backgrounds and effective coaching styles. Positions are available in U10-U19 age groups.


Positions range from weekend only to full-time coaching. Pay will reflect experience.
