During the summer, Membership processing takes a few weeks. Print your Membership Card here. If, for some reason, you'd like to see the mailer that was sent out ... [ 2011 Mailer].
Ski Clubs need to renew their memberships, too: Club Membership Form.

- RAs: get those Race Info Sheets in!
- Check your schedules, please. Any club assignment changes should be sent to me, toby@vara.org. Other changes should go through the main office. Council schedules are not yet finalized but should be posted by the end of September, mid-October.
- Homologations
This is a reminder to all VARA Club Presidents, Headmasters, Race Directors and RA's regarding the new USSA rules regarding TRAIL HOMOLOGATION. This coming season, ALL USSA SANCTIONED EVENTS MUST BE HELD ON HOMOLOGATED TRAILS. This includes all J3 and J4-5-6 events, some of which had been exempt in past years. This is a significant change which requires your attention during the summer months. Homolgation is not difficult or expensive but it does need to happen during the summer through the USSA Eastern Homologation team. If you have any questions about Homologation or would like to schedule a visit by the USSA Homologation team, contact Ted Sutton at 603 745-2757. (Email: thsutton@roadrunner.com ).
