Welcome to the Southern Vermont Council (SVC) section of the VARA website. The Southern Vermont Council has been set up to serve the younger alpine racers who live in the central portion southern of the State of Vermont.

The SVC operates under VARA's general rules and guidelines yet we also have a set of SVC guidelines and policies that you should check out. The SVC guidelines are generated and approved by the SVC Council coaches.

These rankings serve as the basis for seeding and selection to State and Regional races and camps.
